What's in the Eighth-Grade Kit

Eighth grade is the bridge to high school — and the coursework reflects it. Math enters Algebra 1. Science shifts to physical science.

Your child will study Shakespeare through graphic novels (a format that makes the language accessible without dumbing it down), work on creative writing, and build vocabulary through word roots. STEM this year goes big: aviation fundamentals and building mechanical circuits.

Save Money Teaching Multiple Children

Our Additional Student Kit includes only the consumable items for this grade level, saving you money when you are homeschooling more than one Eighth-Grade student this year. Purchase one curriculum kit, then buy only this money-saving Additional Student Kit for the second student.
