He'll explore words with unaccented syllables like extra and about, add suffixes like LY (even to C+l-e words), AIN, IVE, TURE, ICE, and ATE, and analyze spelling for /ŭs/ words like focus and jealous. IE vs. EI finally makes sense, and the wild world of /shun/ and /er/ gets sorted with logic that sticks.
